Adam and Stacy Jed are hospitality operators and advisors who work with restaurants, boutique hotel groups, and hospitality projects across the West Coast. Drawing on decades of experience in restaurant ownership, operations, and brand development, they help clients strengthen front-of-house performance, develop service culture, and build guest experiences that support long-term business success.

The Jeds previously owned and operated Bluestem Brasserie in San Francisco for more than a decade. Their experience running a restaurant informs their practical approach to consulting and their understanding of the day-to-day challenges operators face.

Adam’s background focuses on restaurant operations and service leadership. His experience includes overseeing multiple restaurant concepts for the PlumpJack Group and working on national restaurant openings with China Grill Management. A graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and a certified sommelier, he works closely with clients on front-of-house systems, staff training, and operational structure.

Stacy’s work centers on hospitality branding, guest engagement, and marketing strategy. She began her career in corporate communications at Intuit and later co-founded Amuse Management Group, advising hospitality businesses on marketing programs, event strategy, and brand development. She also served as Director of Marketing and Events for the Union Square Alliance, leading district-wide initiatives supporting one of San Francisco’s most prominent hospitality and retail destinations.

In addition to her consulting work, Stacy served as Board President of the Golden Gate Restaurant Association and currently serves as Board President of Foodwise, the nonprofit organization behind the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.

Adam and Stacy consult both independently and together, bringing complementary strengths in operations and brand strategy. Drawing on their experience as owners, operators, and advisors, they help hospitality businesses across California, Oregon, and Hawaii strengthen operations while building thoughtful guest experiences. Their work is grounded in a shared belief that great hospitality is built through strong leadership, disciplined operations, and genuine connections.
