Adam & Stacy have built a national reputation for front of the house management and strategic planning for their own 4 star restaurant Bluestem Brasserie; as well as for some of the country’s premier hospitality organizations. As director of Restaurant Operations for the Plump Jack Group, Adam has managed multiple units throughout California; advised on hotels and spas, as well as restaurants and lounges. Working nationally with the China Grill Restaurant Group he opened several high concept spots; instituting operating procedures that guarantee profits and accountability.

A graduate of Cornell’s School of Hospitality Management and a licensed sommelier, Adam offers customized operating procedures, front of the house training that motivate staff, and a pathway towards profit optimization that focuses on aligning guest experience with business goals.  As former president of the Golden Gate Restaurant Association, Stacy’s background in marketing, social media, and private event sales and programming blends seamlessly with her talent for helping venues define and elevate their identity while building meaningful guest engagement.
